The guy in the first image is W G Grace, considered to be one of the greatest ever cricketers. He's a fully qualified doctor of medicine, his alma mater being St.Bartholomew's Hospital. The pair in the next image is Dr.Watson and Sherlock Holmes. Dr.Watson, as mentioned in the series is an alumni of St.Bartholomew's.
